
Tanner Lemke

About
Tanner Lemke is Special Counsel with the Davillier Law Group. He has experience working with clients across a range of industries on matters involving contract negotiation and drafting, business compliance programs, data privacy, intellectual property, marketing law, and corporate responsibility obligations, including compliance with emerging ESG regulations. In addition to his transactional work, Mr. Lemke also assists clients in commercial litigation.
His practice areas also include complex constitutional and regulatory matters with experience at both the state and federal levels. His legal approach blends practical business insight with precise legal strategy allowing clients to navigate evolving obligations without losing operational focus.
Mr. Lemke earned his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School, where he served as a staff editor for the Intellectual Property and Technology Forum Journal and assisted faculty in the areas of contracts and legal history. He also studied as a visiting scholar at Harvard Law School under Professor Daniel Coquillette. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History, cum laude, from Washington State University.
For several years, Mr. Lemke has served as in-house counsel at a publicly traded fashion and lifestyle company. In that role, he led legal initiatives in commercial contracting, data privacy, influencer and marketing compliance, and played a key role in the company’s sustainability reporting and ESG compliance efforts, including Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programs and the company’s emerging Corporate Responsibility division.
